Inspiration

Lady Gaga has been inspired and influenced by a variety of musicians such as Michael Jackson, Queen, Blondie, Prince, Marilynn Monroe, and for most, Madonna. Madonna has admitted that she can see her self  reflected in Gaga. Fashion is actually one of her inspirations too. She has a very bold way of dressing and handles her own fashion team called the "Haus of Gaga". In and interview she said "When I'm writing music, I'm thinking about the clothes I want to wear on stage. It's all about everything altogether—performance art, pop performance art, fashion."

Before Gaga

Lady Gaga was born Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, March 28th, 1986 in New York City. She was raised in the Upper West Side of Manhattan with her parents Cynthia and Joseph Germonotta and her younger sister Natali. When she was in high school she used to get teased about being either to provocative or took eccentric. Gaga has always been different.
Gaga started her musicality at age four, when she started playing piano. She wrote her first song at age 13, and started performing at open mics by 14.  After Graduating high school she entered the New York University's Tisch School of the Arts at 17.

Start of Stardom

Gaga had help from her friend Lady Starlight at the beginning of her career in 2005. She was Lady Gaga's performance partner. Similar to Gaga, she was really out there and she was a big inspiration for Lady Gaga.
